Leading Team of social media moderators 24/7 3 shifts. Ensuring humanize the replies. Ensure best response time and meet the response KPI's. Analyze the situation of each account and suggest improvement and plans. Provide moderator team with need Human resources and crisis resource plan. Ensure best response time and meet the response KPI's. Train the team and develop their answering skills. Ensuring the moderation process is working 100% all the time. Hiring shifts supervisors.
