Manage the effective achievement of Export department objectives through the leadership of the department – setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the department Supervises the day-to-day operations of Export department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Develop the current distributions/clients through account management system/distributor management system Search, communicating and activate new clients in assigned region.
