- Oversee, coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of project team or multiple projects teams - Ability to enforce internal processes - Appropriate project closure and sign-off in a timely manner with highest customer satisfaction - Monitoring project(s) closely to assess projects’ health in terms of quality, milestones, and deadlines - Monitor, track and assess project’s progress and handle/report any issues that arise - Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants/stakeholders - Update projects’ documents regularly - Report and escalate to management as needed
