Will be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within Genena Group in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues, he will be the first person employees will come to (Tasks can include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone, remotely or face to face). Install and repair operating system of computers (MS Windows is a must and other OS is an advantage). Maintain hardware. Solve all problems related to the network cabling and connectivity. Install & configure peripherals (Scanners, Printers, ....) . Support remote users. Respond to users requests as a first line support. IP Cameras system administration & troubleshooting.
