Responsible for the necessary preparations for all production lines like: CIP (Clean in Place), SIP (Sterilization in Place) and Packaging Materials. Reviewing the production plan before starting the production operations in order to calculate all required materials for the plan. Making sure regarding the production line cleanness before starting up the production machine. Following up all steps and conditions which effects on the product quality during the production operation. Improving the GMP roles and procedures that support his department to meet the quality standards. Taking the necessary action towards any food safety issue appears during the production operations. Calculating SIC (Short Interval Control) every one hour during the production operation and taking the proper action if the results under the equipment KPI’s. Supporting the maintenance team to define the expected root cause for any downtime / fault in the production equipment. Calculating the production wastage for his line per shift and measuring the wastage according to the department KPI’s. Issuing the production report for the machine during the shift and monitoring weight, sealing, forming, code date, and production quantity.
