Logistics and Operations Specialist

Plan, organize, coordinate, arrange, and monitor the transportation and movement of goods. Co-ordinate and manage export transactions Communicate inventory movements to third party facilities Research and negotiate transportation quotations and report findings Arrange logistics with ocean freight carriers to ensure timely delivery for customers Prepare necessary export documentations for all shipments, including banking documents for Letters of Credit (L/C) or Documentary Collections Monitor shipment movements, strong follow up required Liaise with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, warehouses on a daily basis
