Job Summary: CADCAMCIM’s Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans in order to increase the organization image, attract potential customers and retain the existing ones. Duties and Responsibilities: Developing marketing plans and programs for each products and services; Responsible for brand management and corporate identity; Leading market research effort with detailed competition analysis; Manage and improve lead generation campaigns; Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities; Planning and implementing promotional campaigns; Monitoring and implementing the up – to - date trends and best practices in online marketing; Responsible for all marketing materials (online and printed) including giveaways; Planning and monitoring annual budget; Experience with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels; Build, manage and maintain reliable database (leads, prospects and clients…); Maintain relations with customers by developing and implementing specific customer- relations programs; Ensuring the marketing team update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data; Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all company is kept informed of marketing objectives and activities; Complete marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results; Develop marketing staff by providing information, training program, educational opportunities, and growth opportunities; Reporting to top management.
