Prepare correspondence, reports, materials for publications and presentations. Maintain General Manager calendar. Prepare and maintain manager expense report. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner. Photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Research, price, purchase office furniture and supplies. Supervise support staff
