Corporate Sales Account Manager

Arrange the monthly target on clients based on their ability of purchasing. Communicate with the clients through phone or emails to be aware by the market situation and to be helpful to achieve the target. Received the Forecast list from the clients to determine their needs. Contact with the sales manager to know the items stable available regarding the customer demands. Send a price list to the client to prepare the sales order. Follow up daily with the key account to satisfy their needs and to handle their demands. Received the sales order from the client through fax or email and resend it ti the financial department to ensure the prices. Contact with the inventories to know the available items to handle the key customers. Send email or through Oracle to accountants to prepare invoices for each client. Send a copy of the invoice to the inventories to prepare the order. Deliver the order to the messenger and ensure deliver to client. Reporting the situation of achieving the target to the sales manager. Handling with the services branches in case replacing items of the key customers. Conduct any other duties within the job area.
