Research required information using available resources Handle and resolve customer complaints Provide customers with KidZania product and service information Process orders, forms and applications Identify and escalate priority issues Route inquires to appropriate resource Follow up customer inquiries where necessary Attend to all types of visits (franchisers, commercial partners, sponsors, clients, etc.) Coordinate special events together with the Marketing team. Make constant runs of the Park to guarantee that personnel is offering adequate service Provide support to the university student aides In addition to any extra responsibilities assigned by Management.
