About the Job: •Under supervision, responds to employee questions and issues pertaining to benefits, compensation, wellness programs, safety, security, and leave of absence.•Manages cases from initiation to closure with high attention to detailed documentation.•Documents all employee inquiries and case notes using our case management tool.•Research employee issues, reach out to appropriate HR team members for guidance and support, and provide accurate follow-up and case closure.•Applies defined procedures and policies to complete a variety of routine tasks. •Identify issues and with assistance execute corrective action. •Escalates issues when appropriate.•Identifies and escalates trends in employee issues to HR:Connect St. Manager and Leads •Responsible for assignments that are well defined and standardized in nature.•Receives and adopts detailed instructions.•Listen and communicate effectively to employees regarding their inquiries.
