Supervising and following-up the manufacture of EVA Cosmetics products according to the SOPs, ISO and GMP. Receive the batch record from the quality department and execute the daily production plan. Following-up the release of the raw material required for production as per the batch record and inserts it on Oracle. Assuring the evacuation of any material related to previous batches according to (GMP-Line Clearance). Follow up the chamber cleanliness. Follow up the machinery according to the SOP and recording each step. Ensuring that all SOPs and work instructions are in place and applied. Documentation for all production processes. Follow up of weekly production and deals with any deviation of planed items Followed up all production activities in the processing area. Ensure compliance with the approved SOPs Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in good working condition at all time in coordination with the engineering department. Ensure that area operates in a safe manner to minimize risks. Submitting a monthly report including the percentage of achievement and down time.
