Lead and direct strategic planning for logistics . Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. Supervise and coach the operation team / Coordinate and track shipments / orders to and from companies and clients to the system to ensure existing information for further processing. Communicate directly with customer service and couriers department to ensure efficient and time delivery of all shipments/ orders. Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
