Responsibilities: Plan, develop and execute on digital marketing plans that support company’s integrated marketing campaigns Create, coordinate and plan digital marketing budget Lead company’s online paid media advertising efforts across different advertising platforms, including Google AdWords, Yahoo-Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter (and more) to meet ROI and cost-to-acquire requirements Provide guidance throughout the digital customer experience Collaborate on company’s social media strategy and processes, including content publishing, & campaigns Manage content production in multiple formats (articles, web pages, infographics, video) across company’s online web site and digital assets Report on success, improvements, tests and optimization through agreed upon metrics Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Communications teams on marketing and brand campaign initiatives Continually explore new digital and innovation developments to find ways to more effectively communicate and meet business objectives Commitment to personal development, sharing best practices, and building competencies across team
