In collaboration with the Line of Business Services Departments, Successfactors Junior Implementers provide on-site and remote services to ECS customers during the SF applications implementation process.Key Job ResponsbilitiesMaster and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite configuration options across the area of Talent Management, Social JAM, Employee Central and workforce planning and analytics.Create and maintain documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems, design, configuration, support, training and processes.Analyzing technical and issues related issues when its required to implement.Gather and analyze the clients’ Human Resources business requirements and objectivesProvide best-practice guidance on customer processes.Advise on application configuration to meet customer needs.Document customer business needs, implemented/configured processes, and any unresolved open action-items; deliver this documentation to Customer Success unitComplete implementation projects within the time allotted with high levels of customer success.Participate in client and corporate meetings.Provide mentoring/support to inexperienced colleagues.
