Technical Sales Engineer

• Sell and promote all products that are being marketed through the company.• Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize customer potential in designated regions.• Plan, prepare and organize daily work schedules• Follow company policies and procedures• Attend weekly sales meetings• Follow up on payment collection• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets• Prepare technical presentations that explain complex products or services to customers and prospective customers in their language.• Assists and directs clients to reach products or services that best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery, through making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.• Assist in drafting agreements with clients and provide technical feedback whenever applicable.• Prepare offers/quotations to the customers and finalize them.• Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.• Offering after-sales support services and solving client problems.• Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers.• Record and maintain contact data.• Prepare periodic reports to department manager.• Report to supervisors about selling process.• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery with coordination with concerned department.• Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages.• Respect and apply company vision, mission and values.• Escalate immediately any complaint, concern or feedback to direct managers’ line.• Fully understand both individual and company objectives, and work on achieving.
