Managing the warehouses of the factory including raw material, package, finished products, spare parts and distribution center. Manage team of warehouse supervisors, admins, forklift drivers and labors. Follow FIFO & LIFO & FEFO Implementations, Safety instructions, KPI'S, Traceability, Storages, Distributions, Forklifts, Inventory, Safety Stock, Operations, Dispatching and planning. Directs and controls warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing material goods Ensuring that health, safety, cleanliness, and security standards of the work environment are met as per the organization’s guidelines Monitor staff to ensure that all vehicles and equipment are operated in an efficient safe manner. Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs. Generate regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the Supply Chain Manager.
