HR Specialist

Develop forms as required for HR processes Compile files as necessary for the efficient administration of the HR function. Audit files regularly to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR processes as well as updating employees data on HR System. Write reports and recommendations Provide practical support to the administrative processes as require Advise staff on HR policy and processes as required Advise new hires on complex issues surrounding their hiring Develop and ensure managers are provided with information to make informed decisions regarding their staff, e.g regular vacation balances amongst others. To support managers in employee relations issues of junior level employees, including follow up with the employee/manager and the necessary administration. Provide advice to managers regarding job profiles structure and content
