Control the entire operational and commercial procurement process including data maintenance in ERP by managing the availability of raw material, cans and indirect materials to supply materials in line with operational requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage the inventory levels by maintaining targeted inventory days and supplier days to optimize the working capital. Administer the purchasing process by coordinating with Regional/Corporate Purchasing and monitoring suppliers’ performance in order to ensure that all purchasing activities are in compliance with Jotun principles. Liaise closely with governmental authorities by coordinating with industrial affairs bodies to ensure availability of duty exemptions and permissions to import necessary raw materials and equipment. Manage and lead the purchasing team by setting clear objectives, motivating and coaching subordinates to facilitate continuous competence development and achieve function targets.
