Accountable for implementation of PRP programs and their verification. Lead the Factory HACCP studies. Work in collaboration with production team to create a product “Quality monitoring scheme “ to cover the CCP points –output of the HACCP – and control points which impacts other physical or sensory arrtributes of the product. Accountable for Validation and Verification of detection devices/ others. Reviews daily the results of CCP’s/ OPRP’s monitoring and other relevant control points and provide assurance of review for product release. Responsible on the investigation of food safety and quality incidents. Responsible on Customer complaint investigation and RCA. Provides trend analysis of verification activities.
