maintain the PBX Unified Communications system which includes Communications Manager, Unity Connection, Presence,Softphone Clients and third party hardware and software integrations. will perform configuration, management, system upgrades and day-to-day operational support and maintenance. will support and use software programs to monitor and maintain the VoIP system.
