Handles assigned web development team to meet projects/task requirements. Designs and develops databases and database structures according to assigned tasks. SWD is expected to efficiently code, update, debug and optimize code. Reviews and analyzes requirements and design documents to provide time estimates and task lists based on those requirements. Supervises and mentors junior team mentors. Handles research tasks. Handles project management tasks if needed. Supports and enhances existing production system. Tests developed projects to identify any technical problems prior to submission. Reports in a timely manner on consumed time and task statuses. Handles self-development objectives communicated in quarterly evaluations.
