Technical Support ( IT help desk-IT Specialist)

1-Set security and privilege levels. 2- Help desk for Windows XP/7/10, and office 2007/2010. 3-Troubleshooting hardware and software (PCs and Servers) problems. 4- Administration of network printers, scanners and Faxes. 5- Backup policy using windows tool. 6- Install and deploy antivirus and antispam 7- Contact suppliers to get offers of software and hardware and discuss with the Procurement Director 8-Responsible for all office equipment maintenance agreements and follow up.
