Maintenance & repairs operations § Implement planned and predictive electrical maintenance schedules for an allocated segment during his shift. § Carry out electrical repairs activities effectively and efficiently. § Takeover from the previous shift the electrical maintenance updates and repairs work and complete them. § Deliver on plant uptime and maintenance KPI’s through planned, preventative & predictive maintenance. § Adopt a cost-conscious approach to utilization of approved resources including maintenance tools, equipment, spare parts and manpower. § Establish effective co-ordination with internal client to ensure harmonization of activities. Machinery & equipment § Check and calibrate machinery and equipment after performing electrical maintenance works to make sure they are accurate according to standards of quality. § Respond to equipment faults and attend electrical breakdowns onsite ensuring that there is always a rapid response and that plant equipment and machinery breakdown time is minimized. § Mange any emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs appear in his shift to and ensure smooth run of all equipment and machinery. Maintenance Technical Support § Allocate team of electrical maintenance technicians to monitor work progress in an allocated segment in the shift. § Providing technical support to electrical maintenance technicians and diagnose and troubleshoot major and complex problems.
