Duties & Responsibilities Calendar Management – Schedule meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage the general organization of day-to-day activities to ensure the CEO is aware of all scheduled obligations. Write effective business correspondence utilizing notes from CEO. Facilitate meeting management including creation of agendas, running reports, meeting notes, and follow-up items. Handle a variety of personal details and needs, while maintaining discretion and a high level of confidentiality. Coordinate travel arrangements. Facilitate smooth communications between CEO and colleagues. Perform general administrative and support duties including answering telephones, maintaining files, copying, faxing, etc. Work in cooperation with and provide coverage for Receptionist when needed. Provide occasional support for other members of the executive team. Various miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
