Develop production plan in coordination with related departments. Improve productivity by elimination of different kinds of wastes present in the current production process. Work continuously on improving and developing current production process. Close supervision of technicians to meet production volume & delivery times at specified quality standards. Follow up & implementation of PPM schedules of production machinery & tools and carrying out necessary calibrations as scheduled. Complete responsibility of maintaining and developing production flow and assembly operations. Meeting specific quality standards & identifying production flaws by implementing various engineering statistical, analytical and problem solving tools. Assurance of product quality by following & implementing all necessary quality sampling & inspections towards delivered & manufactured items. Deal with various vendors and machine shops according to company policy to meet specified design standards. Provide necessary assistance to engineering departments in implementation of various prototypes according to design specifications. Maintain all necessary relevant technical documentation according to technical administrative policy. Submission of periodic & any other required production reports in a timely manner.
