Preparing The NAV (Net Asset Value) for All Assets Under Management “Mutual Funds – Portfolios – Retail”. Responsible for all settlements obtained. Preparing and reviewing all kinds of reports for clients “Mutual Funds – Portfolios – Retail” and following up all financial and operational transactions. Preparing of financial statements for clients “Mutual Funds – Portfolios – Retail”. Handling fixed income transactions & settlements (Treasury Bills - Treasury Bonds - Corporate Bonds) - Asset Management. Reviewing the deals settlement of buying and selling financial securities for clients “Mutual Funds – Portfolios – Retail”. Preparing all banking transaction for clients and making reconciliation for their accounts. Handling the financial statements for Mutual Funds under management Supervising the compilation of accounting reports for management & clients Collaborating with Legal and Compliance to ensure fulfillment of all regulatory requirements as well as adherence to firm standards. Managing external fund administrator relationships, including maintaining parallel records for cross checking. Reviewing all custody reconciliation and cash reconciliations which prepared by operations officer. Building a successful relation with all external Auditors using my accounting and management experience to issue all financial statements for all of our clients respecting scheduled time frame.
