Our client is a one of the top IT Solutions companies in Egypt and they're looking for a Senior Security Presales Engineer with the following roles: Provide specific solutions/technology/ product consulting, technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory. Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects. Provide consultative support and mentor other less experienced Systems Engineers in assigned territory. Actively participate as a specialist on assigned team. Support sales team in technical issues. Prepare technical solution proposals to either customers or business partners. Work with sales representatives to strategize/manage accounts. Identify prospect requirements/solution. Build rapport with the product/solution evaluation team. Product/Technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Address customer follow-ups/issues. Identify/set competitive traps. Identify prospect requirements outside of current release support. Identify other resources required to get sale. Manage product/technical issues to the close.
