Administration/HR and Legal Manager

We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. A great administration manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently. The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly. Job domain covers including HR, IT, Legal, Insurance, Payroll, Travels RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization including maintaining updated HR/personnel files and processing monthly salaries Review and provide legal advice on tender documents, review on-going cases, liaise with external lawyers and advice management accordingly Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements Negotiate review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time Provide guidance and advice to management on developing, implementing and revising insurance programs and policies and resolving financial and legal issues Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes Administer Travel Expenses, Allowances and Medical Plans for staff Administer directly and supervise external providers to ensure smooth operations of IT infrastructure
