Responsibilities: Preparing Shop Drawings. Ability to create a full materials list for the site before the execution phase. Supervise and manage the manufacturing, assembly and installation of interior panels, furniture and wood work. Supervising and leading a group of skilled carpenters to do all the carpentry work. Complete production reports, purchase orders, and material, tool, and equipment lists. Maintain and enhance the current designs to reach high quality with high efficiency. Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. Estimate production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review. Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
