Meet and great walk in all Customers (beneficiaries or donors). Acquainting the clients with service offered by the foundation. Updating the clients with the foundation new services and campaign . Respond to all donors queries in a safe, timely professional manner. Preparing daily / weekly reports about the beneficiaries / donors . Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's inquirers .
