Provide start-up and commissioning at customer site Test and repair of instruments at customer site. Execute regular maintenance contracts. Perform functional confirmation, test and repair at customer site as required by service or maintenance contract Provide start-up, operating and maintenance training for customer. Provides management with regular reports of his visits/calls. Provide customers with telephone support for start-up or trouble shooting Coordinates service effort with service management, accounting, logistics and sales groups to secure expedition of job conclusion and payment collection. Provide start-up and commissioning in trade shows and conventions. Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
