HR Recruiter

Handle screening process & selection of qualified calibers through conducting phone interviews. Arrange interviews time schedules. Making the initial interviews & the pre-employment tests for the new candidates. Follow up with the selected candidates during and after hiring procedures. Conduct new employee orientations and welcome them on-board.
