Coding Tasks: Assist in coding when requested and participate in searching for any coding data (CPT / ICD / HCPCS / Dental Codes / ACHI codes / Dubai Service List / Drug codes) Assist in reviewing existing medical edits and provide accurate feedback for necessary system update Assist in creating medical edits for codes not included in the current system (CPT / ICD or ACHI / ICD etc) Assist in mapping of codes between different codes sets as per requirement (e.g. – ACHI to CPT, ICD 10 CM to ICD 10 AM etc) Participating in testing process Client relationship tasks: Communicating with provider and payer for presenting them with CEED / CCM / AIMS benefits Conducting meetings / presentations for CEED / CCM / AIMS interested customers Seeking feedback / concerns from existing and potential customers and update them to HIM managers Handle customer queries related to these systems and escalate them as necessary Specific Project Related Tasks: Assist in completion of projects of Medical Information Team Participate with new ideas / techniques for timely completion of projects
