Operations Specialist

Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems e.g. Bookkeeping, attendance taking, track recording, collecting applications, calendar management, etc. Organizing induction programs for new companies and startup teams and other internal events. Monitors events of the ecosystem and prepares a calendar for such events in coordination with the marketing team. Manages any indoor and outdoor activities of the VC. Ensures every single activity is performed in a correct, cost-effective, and timely manner in alignment with the VC Operations Manager. Makes sure the working environment (EdVentures Premises) maintains access to quality equipment. Responsible for direct communications with all the internal departments of Nahdet Misr in relation to operational and logistical activities in coordination with the Operations Manager and the Program Management team. Development of individual programs/events in cooperation with the Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, and Program Manager. Maintains operational systems and processes including internal communication, documentation and quality assurance in coordination with EdVentures team and managing these procedures in place. Responsible for all the VC's public and closed-community events in areas of in-house communication and coordination, procurement, and documentation and every other area related to the logistical organization of the event.
