Conceptualize and create new products in line with the direction provided by the design manager Participate in the conceptualization and creation of product platforms and different product families and lines Participate in setting the material and design specifications for new products Analyze existing products with a view to improving their efficiency and overall performance. Deliver finalized product design documentation to production facility. Coordinate with the company departments including sales, research and development, production and marketing. Research and identify the latest product trends and designs in the lighting industry Assist in prototyping and testing concept designs at the various stages of the design process. Assist in the development of cost models for the proposed product concept Prepare presentations for higher level management to convey product concepts and ideas.
