Senior Contracting

· Review the tasks of contracting, loading and mapping team daily · Support the contracting team in all aspect from the contracting aspect up to the online system · Look after the quality of contracting team assigned to him/her · Monitor to ensure the contracts are properly and accurately uploaded by the loading team · Provide training to new employees for contracting aspect and online system · Maintain the operations and contracting requirement by following data program techniques and procedures · Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed · Make regular follow up to obtain further information for incomplete contract · Resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures or return incomplete contracts to the Contracting Manager · Respond to the email & phone enquiries and requirements of the suppliers · Ensure to open credit facilities to every supplier and increase the credit limit · Conduct rate comparison to ensure that we have the best rates offered in the market Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Supervisor or the Manager
