We’re looking to expand our sales team with dynamic and experienced engineers who would be directly accountable for meeting the sales target for their assigned product range, and collectively accountable for the overall sales turnover. Scope mainly entails, but is not limited to, the following: Proactively promote and sell the products in our existing portfolio of pumps and motors Identify new potential clients and reach out to them to expand our customer base Upsell to the assigned existing client base Respond to incoming requests for quotations and proposals Meet visiting clients and respond effectively to their queries Perform effective pump selection for the needed customer requirements Address and own any customer complaints and liaise with our technical workshop for needed service and maintenance Ensure the best customer experience for the client base within their scope Support management in marketing efforts including competitive analysis, pricing, trade shows and portfolio expansion
