Share in preparing drawing documents in all different phases (construction phase, shop drawing phase – as built phase) after coordination between all trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech., elect. etc.…). Good knowledge and experience of review and preparing coordination drawings (or composite drawing) between all trades. Check the Updated shop drawing log before issue the shop drawing to consultant for approvals Review shop drawings & RFIs received from consultant and report additional works and variations Review received material submittals by procurement department in head office and insures compliance with project specifications, submit and follow up approval. Checks and Reviews team of junior Architecture engineers and creates redlines for correction. Review subcontractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant. Coordinate with surveying engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required. Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction Fully understands the project details and requirements, by being fully aware of the drawings, specifications and BOQ etc…...) Review received drawings from Consultant and report additional works and variation Direct received drawing from consultant and submittal to subcontractors / sub consultant to follow the comment. Insure sub-contractors and sub consultant conforming to approved base line schedule. Share in preparing the operation manual documents of the project.
