Lead the operations of member services delivery and ensure fulfillment of services and execution of marketing plans and activities to achieve target growth and performance. Engage in development and execute Business Plans to achieve target growth and revenue. Manage and report business cycle with members Provide first line of support and interface to service members. Manage promotion and marketing activities with members Manage communication with members Participate and perform tests and verification of software development. Marketing, Sales or Business Development Expert in e-Commerce or Tele-Marketing or Online Services or Members Based Services; preferably related to Learning, Library or Training.
