Job Title: CRM AdministratorDepartment: MarketingLine Mgr: Group Marketing ManagerDotted Line Manager: Operations Executive AIM/PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system on a day-to- day basis.KRA’s (Key Responsibility Area’s) (KRA = ‘output’ not the activities/tasks) Updating and policing of company data Ensuring data is correct across accounts, contacts, opportunities (leads/ quotations) Identifying and correcting errors made by system users Ensuring that all opportunities are up to date, in real-time Ensuring all data files are populated correctly at all times Reporting improper system usage to senior management Building reports and dashboards specific to job functions PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABLITIES Providing central point of contact for all changes requests and alterations Coordinating with Operations Executive to improve and fine tune systems/tools and business processes Creating and updating training manuals and procedures related to CRM Working with Marketing, Operations and IT departments to ensure key functionalities are understood Generating detailed process maps for sales, marketing and business workflows
