Receive work orders and prepare equipment plan. Coordinate with equipment team to execute the working plans in an efficient way. Getting the cargo manifests from the shipping agent & prepares the loading and discharging plan, also prepare the cargo list prepare the pre planning & pre calculation reports in association with the operation supervisor. Determining the numbers and types of equipment needed and personnel wanted during the loading and discharging of vessels Solve any emerging problem after seeking the Operation Supervisor advice. Observe the loading and discharging rates and working on making them constant all the time.Take care of all operations costs and expenses with working on its efficiency and decreasing it. follow up QHSE systems, procedures, instructions and standards and ensure that are always implemented & maintained.
