Qanawat has a need for an Operations Manager with IT/ Telecom background who will coordinate internal and external technical resources to ensure an efficient overall performance of Operations and IT Department. The Person will define and implement initiatives to improve the performance of Operations and IT Team as well as provide technical support for new Product/Service definition, planning and development. This Person will also be required to perform a Project Management role for internal/external technology projects particularly related to VAS/ Telecom. Job Specifics: 1. Coordinate internal and external technical resources to ensure an efficient overall performance of Operations and IT Department. 2.
