Sales Account Manager

Objectives: We are looking for talented Sales Account Executive (SAM) to make all external sales activities/communication To seek new prospect customers and Leads out To the defined scope and target market segment directed by Business Development Manager. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify, contact and generate leads to gain market share, promote our translation services to prospect customers. Initiate and develop strong relationships with potential &existing clients. Database management;Recording the activities in a time sheet/status sheet and CRM update. Conferences studying and attendance planning. Attend Face2Face and virtual meetings via WebEx or Go To Meeting to demonstrate our services and capabilities. Track all stages of the sales process from identification of leads, making prospecting calls, follow up calls and emails to obtain key information and understand the clients’ frequent demands. Receiving client's requests for information or quotations and analyzing the requirements. Communicating internally & externally if necessary to close the project's deal or contract (NDA/SLA) “non-disclosure & Service level agreements”. Following on old Leads with low response or lost communication and trying to establish a stable business relationship.
