Marketing Executive

Plan and Execute effectively marketing and communication plan with coordination with the company management at two level: Business to Customer and Business to Business in order to attract new customers and partners, promote the strength of the company and promote the profile of the company to external customers. Main Duties and responsibilities: Marketing Communication Website and other e-marketing communications Create, Collect and Edit monthly newsletter Updating periodically face book accounts and other social media content. Creating, collecting and editing content ( photos, videos,…) to be used on social media. Creating fresh and up-to-date web content, to pass to the Web Development Officer and Web Designer as necessary. Providing innovative and new ideas and input into the development of new e-marketing materials Marketing collateral and publicity material Writing and producing marketing material (brochures, posters, flyers etc) Preparing PowerPoint presentations Assisting the Managers in compiling media plans Responsible for our company publicity stands and other event PR Proactively searching out information for PR purposes and writing press releases Liaison with, and providing information to, the media and arranging interviews with members of staff where necessary Maintaining a photo library and arranging external photo shoots and filming with placement students and alumni as well as in-house photo shoots with staff and students Prepare materials and stock lists for all events. Advertising Creative input into new advertising campaigns Following and evaluating advertising campaign and suggest continuous update and development based on customer feedback and results. Assistance with proofreading, copy writing, editing copy and information collection Events Assistance and coordination for all our company events Coordinate our annual big events Create special graduation events for our customers. Collecting, editing and prepare annual reports and fact sheets for the company Assistance in the growing our events Digital Marketing Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website. Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, … Overseeing the social media strategy for the company. Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity. Overseeing online campaigns monitoring their performance and return on investment. Writing informative and effective search engine optimised copy for the website and external blog postings.
