Export Sales & Marketing Manager

Marketing and promoting the sales of Company products in identified markets. Keep abreast of international industry events and exhibitions as well as large development projects in target markets. Analyzing market trends and properly positioning company products. Carry out market research, conduct surveys and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies. Create a detailed annual sales & marketing plan with clear quantifiable targets and objectives. Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements Maintain existing clients base while developing new customers Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets and volume. To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, providing relevant information to the management Attend trade shows and exhibitions. Work closely with Product Development Division by submitting feedback received from the customers.
