Create the clients' projects phases and tasks breakdown. Ensure all tickets are properly logged/ created on the CRM Application. Gather business needs from the client. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers). Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Use CRM application to log the following troubleshooting steps/ essential information in order to calculate the consumed billable time or non-billable time in handling the ticket.s
