Oversee meeting the regional and local sales targets. Responsibilities: Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories. Identifying market trends and gaps, and building plans to meet them. Design a complete Umra package with competitive pricing in line with Marketing plan Execute Sales plan, Client visits, & operation follow up. Build client database and relationship Ensure best customer service – VIP. Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure proper follow up on closing sales calls. Track sales metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis. Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Meeting Sales Goals through Negotiation, meeting Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, & Market Knowledge Building a highly effective sales Team. Meet pre-determined revenue goals through trade marketing activities. Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications. Coach and develop direct reports.
