The candidate will partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, engage in data analysis as needed, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinate with our project managers on sprint planning and execution. Thoroughly analyse and document customer business requirements for the purpose of a clear and full understanding of needs and the implications they have on systems and processes. Gather and document all business requirements and complete them within the necessary timelines. Review business requirements and functional design documents with solution architects, designers, developers, and business SMEs to ensure the journey needs and business rules are accurately captured, understood and delivered. Assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed. Ensure that Project Managers, Architects, Quality Engineers, and Developers are able to interpret your documented requirements with minimal need for referral to you Develop use cases and test cases for testing Review Test Plans and test cases relevant to projects to which you are assigned to ensure adequate quality assurance coverage Work with QA team to ensure stringent and complete testing of functionality Conduct UAT sessions with the business to ensure functionality is built per requirements Troubleshoot and facilitate issue resolution by suggesting techno-functional workarounds.
