Vocational Training Experts/ Industrial Sector Specialists in the following trades: Welding Automotive Hospitality Ready Made Garments (RMG) Carpentry Home Appliances Handicrafts Electrical Services (Installation and Control) Mechanical Maintenance Retail Competency Based Training Specialist/Coach for Management of Training Operations Recruited experts will be contracted to assist on a short-term basis as short-term technical assistance (STTA) to assist VTEC staff in establishing: Training packages that are demand-driven, competency-based and for courses on the average of 20 days (80 hours). Training package (kit) should include but not be limited to: Training program master file, outline, pre-requisites, STC, DTC, curriculum, evaluation tools/training achievement records (TARs), training inputs (bill of materials), nominated trainers, trainer handouts, presentations, marketing text, etc. International accreditation plan Labor market networks that support VTEC’s efforts to target employers for the purpose of: Developing Customized Advanced Skills Training Program Placing training graduates in jobs Recruiting employees for training programs Donors and industrial sector networks and relationships for the purpose of fundraising and in-kind support, which may include workshop upgrades, equipment, or relationship building support
